Digital Dezigns Overview
We lease servers from three different American based hosting companies. These are our servers, configured the way we want them hardware wise and customized by us to meet our security standards. This provides our clients the utmost in security and reliability when hosting their websites. It also ensures that we are able to use the latest technology in website hosting and design for your business site.
Our servers are also using multiple vendors for the actual physical connection to the internet. Mainstream providers like Sprint, Verizon, MCI, AT&T carry our traffic from a NOC (Network Operation Center) to the internet. Our servers also are configured with redundant connections so that if one connection by one provider fails there is merely a slight hiccup on our end as it falls over to another link.
We call this configuration "Fortress Backbone" due to the multiple layers at the web server side for fault tolerance. We have also configured our servers using multiple hard drives (RAID5) so that even a fatal hard drive failure goes unnoticed to your site. On the fly error correction (ECC) RAM also ensures that instructions executed on the server are accurate from beginning to end.
